Centering on keywords like brand name, products, and other related terms, we planned to build a systematic content output system on various search platforms (Baidu, WeChat, Headline, Zhihu) and establish a renewed brand image.
Word-of-mouth building + user interaction across platforms
We increased FORD’s word-of-mouth performances on mainstream platforms (Baidu, WeChat, Headline, Zhihu, Weibo) through systematic content output combined with search engine optimization services. By 31st December 2020, the overall rate of non-negative information across platforms increased from 38% to 97%.
